I’m a traveller from the Philippines and I often fly with All Nippon Airways (ANA) a top airline from Japan. When I need help with my flights, I visit the ANA Manila office. The staff at the ANA Manila office are very kind and helpful. They assist with booking tickets changing flight dates and cancelling flights if needed . They also explain baggage rules check in times and visa or travel requirements . Most of them speak English so it’s easy to talk to them . The office is open on weekdays so I always call before visiting. If I’m too busy to go there, I use the ANA website or call their hotline, which also gives great service.
For anyone travelling to Japan, the U.S or other places, the ANA Manila office is a big help. They make travelling smooth and easy, and I always feel ready for my trip after visiting them.
